The Call to Return
Day 1 of Coming Home: A 7-Day Devotional Journey to Beauty & Pleasure
Venus whispers. Inanna calls. Both extend a hand, inviting you home.
Welcome to the first day of Coming Home: A 7-Day Devotional Journey to Beauty & Pleasure. On this first day, we are choosing to step onto the Beauty Path, to reclaim our pleasure as our power, and our joy as an act of rebellion.
Envision yourself entering the temple gates of remembrance. Somewhere deep within you, there’s a part of you that has been waiting.
It may feel like a quiet ache beneath the noise. A longing you maybe couldn’t name. A pull beneath the surface.
A hunger not for more, but for something deeper. Something truer.
That ache is not weakness. It’s a signal from the wild feminine within all of us.
A sacred invitation.
A call to return.
Return to your body. Return to beauty. Return to pleasure. Return to the altar of yourself.
Somewhere along the way, we were taught to deny our desires, to shame our pleasure, and to disconnect from our bodies. We were told the path of spirituality is about transcendence. But the wise woman knows the greatest spiritual path rests deep within the body, the womb, and Mother Earth.
We are the bridges between worlds. As we reclaim our sacred desires, holy pleasure, and soul-yearnings, we not only become more ourselves, but we open doorways for others to do the same.
As we move through this spiral over the next seven days we’ll be calling upon two very powerful guides - Venus and Inanna.
They welcome you at this gate, this threshold.
Venus, the goddess of love and beauty, reminds us that beauty is sacred and sensuality is our birthright. Inanna, an ancient Sumerian goddess who traveled to the underworld, teaches us that sometimes we must descend, let go, and release in order to rise into true radiance and sovereignty.
This journey isn’t about fixing or improving.
You’re simply remembering.
Welcome home. I hope you receive deeply from this offering.
Below you will find journal prompts, a ritual to create your altar for this journey, and a voice note welcoming you in. I recommend you create your altar before listening to the voice note, but flow with all of this as you wish.
These next seven days are for you.
Thank you for being here. I’d love to hear how your experience is during this time together, so please leave a comment or send me a message. Keep your eyes on your inbox each morning for the new activation over the next week.
In love and devotion,

Journal Prompts:
Where is life inviting me home to myself?
What part of me is waiting to be chosen, welcomed, embraced?
What does desire or yearning feel like in your body?
What longing or ache is asking to be followed?
Pick 1-2 prompts or work with all 4. Let yourself write without needing to make sense. Let it flow as a radically honest love letter to yourself.
Ritual: Create Your Beauty Altar

The Beauty Path is a devotional path of the sacred feminine. Let’s begin by creating your temple space. An altar of devotion and beauty to anchor this journey. An altar acts as a bridge between the seen and the unseen, the mundane and the divine. It is also a reminder, an anchor-point, that you see throughout your day to invoke your intention and devotion.
Craft your altar from a place of curiosity, joy, and fun! Let yourself get creative, but also let it be simple. You don’t need to buy anything new if you don’t wish to.
Find a small surface: a nightstand, windowsill, dresser top.
Gather objects that feel beautiful, sensual, and meaningful to you.
A candle. A mirror. A flower. A piece of jewelry. A stone. A perfume bottle. An inspiring photo.
Whatever delights you. Whatever speaks beauty to your soul and reminds you what pleasure feels like in your body.
Arrange them lovingly, like offerings.
Light the candle if you wish.
This is your altar for the next seven days. Work with it however you feel called to. It can be as simple as sitting here each morning for five minutes with your candle lit, dancing, writing poetry, speaking prayer, sending love to yourself and others. This is your ritual.
A reminder: You are the temple. You are the devotion. You are the beauty.
I'm not a woman ♀️, but this speaks to the female energy within.. beautiful guidance and voice.. my sense is that there is a place beyond the Alter.. it inspires me to write to that today
Here for this!!
